Read More →Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, April 1, 2021 (PR Newswire) – Ascent Resources Utica Holdings, LLC (together with its subsidiaries, “Ascent”) announced today that, together with its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, ARU Finance Corporation, it closed on the previously-announced redemption in full of its remaining 10.0% Senior Notes due 2022 (the “2022 Notes”) in an aggregate principal amount of approximately $68 million. All 2022 Notes have now been cancelled.

The Notice calls for the redemption of all outstanding 2022 Notes, in an aggregate principal amount of approximately $68 million, on April 1, 2021 (the “Redemption Date”).
