Ascent Resources provides interns with opportunities to gain hands-on industry experience and apply knowledge related to their coursework and career interests. Our internship program includes meaningful assignments and projects that contribute to the business. Each intern is paired with a mentor and provided with the tools, guidance, and exposure needed to better understand professional opportunities within the energy industry.
Internships are paid, full-time positions and typically run from May through August. Interns work closely with their assigned department and may collaborate with cross-functional teams in our corporate and field offices. Depending on the role, interns may also have opportunities to engage with external business partners and gain exposure to field operations. The overall goal is to apply academic knowledge in a real-world business setting while building practical skills and industry experience.
