Marianella Foschi

Marianella Foschi became our Chief Financial Officer in March 2026. Previously, Ms. Foschi served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Civitas Resources from November 2021 to January 2026. She held roles of increasing responsibility at predecessor company Extraction Oil and Gas, joining as Director of Finance in May 2015 and being appointed Chief Financial Officer in January 2021. Prior to joining Extraction, Ms. Foschi was an Associate at The Blackstone Group from February 2012 to May 2015, where she focused on public and private energy investments across the capital structure. Earlier in her career, she was an analyst in the energy investment banking group of Credit Suisse. Ms. Foschi holds a BBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
