Bryan Ely

Bryan Ely became our Senior Vice President – Operations EHS in March 2026. Previously, Mr. Ely served as Vice President – Operations EHS for Ascent from January 2018 to February 2026 and as Director – Operations EHS for Ascent from March 2014 to December 2017. Prior to joining Ascent, Mr. Ely served as EHS Advisor of AELP and served in various roles at Chesapeake Energy, most recently as Director – EHS for the Northern Division. Mr. Ely has more than 30 years of experience in operations and EHS management and has held management roles at RJR Engineering, LTD, Allied Waste Industries and positions within the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (formerly known as the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission). Mr. Ely earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stephen F. Austin State University.
